We are not the manufacturer of the products sold on our website. While we work to ensure that product information on our website is correct, manufacturers may alter their product information. Actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than shown on our website. You should always read the labels, warnings and instructions provided with the product before using or consuming it and not solely rely on the information presented on our website.

We offer free delivery for orders exceeding 28. Orders which fall under this amount incur an additional delivery fee of €5. The website displays only in stock items, however should it the customer purchase an out of stock item he will be informed immediately and offered a refund or replacement.

Clients have the option to pay either through the payment gateway installed on the website, or opt for a cash payment upon delivery. Orders outside of Malta require an online payment through the website.

Whilst we will do anything possible to provide the best product and services, there still remains the possibility that the client is dissatisfied with the product/service. The client is required to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Products returns will only be accepted if products are in their original packaging and condition. 

Returns should be addressed to 13, Triq Luret Cutajar, Zurrieq ZRQ 4143, Malta. Registered mail is highly advisable.
